From the Account Management tab on the left side of the XATP dashboard, you can configure your own profile, change your password, and add/manage other users.
General Settings #
This tab covers your name, email, phone number, role (admin or regular user), and user decentralized identifier (DID). The first three of these can be edited from this screen by clicking the “Update Profile” button.
Security #
Change your password from this tab.
User Administration #
From this tab, an admin can manage all users in the XATP organization.
- Create User allows you to create a new user role including password.
- Invite User allows you to invite a uesr to set up their own profile including their own password. The new user will receive an invitation email.
By clicking into each user profile, you can view the user profile information and account status. You can disable or retire the user’s account.
- Disable Account temporarily suspends access to the account. Access can be restored at any time.
- Retire Account removes the account from the organization. (Note that due to the auditability requirements of DSCSA, the account logs are retained in storage.)
